Cookies are small files that a site can store in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, scripts and embedded content that can store or access information on your device. This page should be read with our Privacy notice.

Essential service storage

Astronar uses storage needed to provide features you ask for, including keeping an authenticated session working and remembering your privacy choices. Astronar does not use this storage for advertising or cross-site tracking.

The exact names and durations of authentication and security cookies depend on the configured service providers. We will list them here once they have been verified in the production service. The privacy-preference cookie is named astronar_privacy_preferences and is currently configured for up to 180 days. The same preference is also kept in browser local storage as astronar.privacy-preferences.

Optional analytics

If the optional PostHog EU analytics setup is enabled, analytics remains off until you choose to enable it in Privacy choices. You can refuse it, or change your mind later, using Privacy choices on the site. Rejecting analytics does not stop essential account and security storage.

Astronar does not use advertising cookies, advertising audiences, session replay or autocapture. PostHog persistence is configured to use browser local storage, not cookies, and only after you enable analytics. Its analytics state uses the verified local-storage key ph_astronar_posthog. Withdrawing analytics consent stops future collection and removes that analytics state. PostHog may keep the separate local-storage record astronar_posthog_opt_out so it can continue to enforce your opt-out choice.

Luma embeds

Some event pages offer a Luma ticket checkout. Astronar loads it only after you choose to allow Luma checkout. When it loads, Luma may store or access information on your device. Astronar does not control Luma's cookies, local storage or their duration. A direct Luma link is also available for the event.

Check Luma's privacy and cookie information before using its checkout. We will update this page when the embed's device-storage behaviour has been verified.

How to control choices

Use Privacy choices to change the optional analytics and Luma checkout choices. You can also use browser settings to delete or block storage, although blocking essential storage can prevent account features from working.
